This is the WORST customer service. I never received my book and sent numerous emails to the company, with no response. I looked up their phone number online and it was to a verizon voice messaging service!...

I needed a book ASAP that was no longer being printed and Pro Quo had that book. I called them and left a message detailing my situation leaving my name, email, home and cell phone number. NO Response. I called again and got a representative,, again i detailed how I needed this book and was willing to make the purchase and go by the warehouse myself to pick this book up because I needed it ASAP. The Rep proceeded to tell me to give here my name and phone number .."she would call me back with info" ..let me put it this way.. 5 days later no email response, home never called and cell never called,, PRO QUO IS TERRIBLE,,DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

They said a book being shipped from Maryland to Boston could take up to 21 business days. I called 2 separate times during the 21 business days to track down the book and they told me there was nothing they could do until the 21 days was up. On the 22nd BUSINESS day (32nd calendar day) I called and was told the book must have been lost by the Post Office. I was given a refund ($6.60) and told there was nothing else they could do for me other than that. So, I waited a month for a book to start a database project for work and was put back a month because I didn't have the book I needed. Look Pro Quo Books up on Google for more.
