Complaint

I was treated very pourly yesterday,March 20,2008 at the Christian Dior counter by a beautiful saleslady by the name of Rachel. She booked me the week before for a complimentary facial for friday March 20 at noon. Promised to call me the day before to confirm, FORGOT. When I reached the counter she said the technician was running late. I was seen at 1.15pm, un hour and `15'late. The technician Miss Omara Tamayo was the BEST. When Rachel came to pick me up, I asked her if she allows me to pay for a gown that I just purchased, and I will be right down for her to do a makeover, she agreed. I was at the Christian Dior counter she was not there, I waited, waited, and decided that even though this lady was very pretty, she was not worth for me to waist my time, and that she did not have the inteligence or good manners to treat a client that took 5' to pay for a gown previously chosen

The Name of the Game is Service

Only ONE really important thing to remember in Retail and that is SERVICE. Most stores don't have it; this store does. Very simle. Good Service=More Customers!
