Jason is the best

I began going to Jason before he opened his own salon. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. He takes his time, listens, and always gets it right. Jason rocks!!!!!

A real defining moment

"Defining Moment" is a perfect definition of this upbeat salon experience. Jason is thoughtful and current in his cuts and color and creates a total experience from the moment you step in the door. The streamlined appointment system, availability of quality products and delicious coffee and tea treats make this a spa like experience. I only wish that he wasn't as busy so I could have him all to myself!

Defining Moments Hair Saloon is a not only a beautiful saloon but a breakthrough from the 'traditional' services one normally experiences! Jason utilizes his talents for you! couldn't be better!!

jason (owner of defining moments) opened up shop right next to my work. i though to myself ok, expect nothing & i wont be disappointed. i mosied my tush across the parking lot made an appointment. right away i was pleasantly surprised. it was a warm, personal & inviting atmosphere. when it came time for my appointment i was in complete SHOCK as to how customer service oriented this quaint salon was. i was offered a plethora of things from the get go: tea. water. coffee. CHOCOLATE. and they even took my coat & purse and hung them up for me. i sat & chatted w.jason for an HOUR about my hair needs & desires (even chatted about other things.. about life in general). he asked me all sorts of questions to get a better understanding of what my ultimate hair goal was. and get this... they even put your feet up on a foot stool for you to get in to complete relax mode while you get your scalp massaged & hair washed. i honestly have never felt more special from the customer service i received from jason. i knew instantly my search for a great hairstylist had come to and end... at jason. i recommended him to my coworkers & 4 out of the 4 that ended up visiting loved him as well. i continue to recommend him. not only is he kind as a person (& offers constructive feedback) but he listens & knows what the heck he is doing... i couldnt have asked for anything else.

The Best Hair Salon on the Island!

Defining Moments Hair Salon is truly the most comfortable, beautiful, and sophisticated hair salon on Bainbridge Island! Jason is without doubt the most talented hair stylist on the Island. He is Bainbridge Island's "Mr. Hair". His talent along with his ability to truly listen and deliver personally customized results makes him unlike any other stylist I have experinced on Bainbridge.
