Love Heather Lane

I have been going for the past 9 months...since my daughter was born, nice office, the office staff is horrible as well as the wait time, but other than that I know and trust Heather with my daughter she is very kind and forthcomming about information regarding my child's health. I have never had to wait when my daughter is sick and I am able to take her anytime as long as office hours permit it. Overall a really good office with the exception of a few staff members in the front.

Rudest staff I've ever had to deal with!!

I moved my children to this office when I moved to the southwest valley and took them there for a year and a half. I never had a problem with any of the doctors but the office staff is out of control! They are incredibly rude and wait times were often 30-45 minutes just to get into a room! I finally decided that the drive was worth it and took my children back to Great Destinations Peds. They're the BEST! I've never had anything but an excellent experience with both doctors and staff.

Overall good experiences

We've been with WVP for 8 years and I have 3 kids. I agree with reviews that Dr. Beribitsky does not have the greatest bedside manner...that's why I only see him if nobody else is available. Dr. Cunningham is wonderful. Dr. Arbel recently left the practice and went solo on his own. He is warm with the kids, kind to the parents, and a great doctor. I've never had a problem getting in when kid is sick...same day appt usually. There have at times been long waits but not always. They do no overprescribe antibiotics which is good. Dr. Arbel particularly will not give antiB's unless it is really needed. Overall good doctors, good practice.

Missed diagnosis, son suffered with pain 6 months!!

My son was seen over and over by Dr Berebitsky for throwing up and abdomen pain for six months I trusted his word that he had food allergies. He was even peeing blood and still not one simple X-ray was ordered. I finally asked another doctor about my son's symptoms because I couldn't stand to see my child in such horrible pain, he ordered an X-ray that day and he found several kidneys stones!! My son had to have an operation. He's a jerk too has bad bedside manners.

14 almost 15 years

I met Dr. berebitsky almost 15 years ago, he saw my son at the hospital when he was born.I been taking him and my 11 yr old daughter to this office ever since. They are great and their scheduling is exelent.I recomend this office to anyone!

Great Dr's, clean office, overbooking appts,bad office staff

The Dr's were great, the office staff awful, the wait time ridiculous, their policies ridiculous, nice office. I have 5 kids,all of them were seen at this office. I was with them for 8 yrs. I went to their old office and new office which was far from my home. I left them because their policies for scheduling appointments are ridiculous. They don't cater to families that have to take in more than one child. They overbook their appts. so they are not flexible at all and they make you wait long. I have waited there to be seen for up to 50 minutes. Their office staff was rude to me when I insisted they give me appointments in a block of time so that I could bring in two kids to be seen. I found a new place where the most I have waited ever is 15 min. They schedule appointments for me for up to 3 kids. Their office staff is great but their office isn't as new as WVP. Overbooking their appointments is the biggest problem at West Valley Pediatrics.

13 years and counting

I have been taking my son to see the Dr's here since he was born they are truely the best and when ever my son is sick I'm in that day or the next!!!! They are so wonderful!

Not the best but not the worst

Almost all the doctors are really nice, just one of them is too cold with the kids and sometimes even a little rude with you, the thing I didn't like about their office is that you have to wait over a month to...

Finally found a Great Doctors office

I've lived here for 4 years now and have never had a good experience with the doctors around here....Until now!! I love this place. They are thorough and everyone is so nice. They are really good at getting you in when your children are sick. I would recommend West Valley Pediatrics to anyone!! I've been taking my children to them since September of 2007 and I love them!!!
