A big mess

When Islands first opened we loved it. Great service, really good casual food, moderate prices. A nice place for a family meal in Avondale. A year later the place has gone bad. The food is never prepared to order, the portions seem smaller, the prices seem higher and some of the servers are down right incapable of service. Period. The management used to come around all the time for idle chat and to make sure you were happy. Now they appear only to correct an error. I think we've made our last trip to Islands. Wonder what the service is like at Ruby Tuesday?

Pricey

Islands started out great, great prices and food served was large. Now a year and two months later, french fry basket has shrank, burger pattys are smaller, prices have gone up.
