User Reviews of Goodnight Pediatrics West Valley

STAY AWAY!

I have taken my kids to the Avondale location and never once have I been pleased with the doctors. Yesterday I took my son for the last time, he went in for a sore throat and fever... she looked into his left ear and ask my 4yr old if it hurt. He said no, so she said he was fine and needed nothing. Later that night I was in the ER and he has not one BUT TWO FULL BLOWN EAR INFECTIONS!!! The ER doctor could not believe I had already taken him to Goodnight Peds. I will never go again, and warn you to STAY AWAY!

I will never go there again

I took my daughter to the Avondale location and she was diagnosed w/ a UTI. A few days later they told me that the culture came back and they had to change her medicine due to she did not have a UTI, however ECOLI. I reminded them that she was allergic to Penicillan (sp) and cephlasporins and when we picked up the medicine they had called in the generic for Penicillan. Luckily we caught it before giving it to her, as she would of ended up in the hospital. I called them to let them know of the error and they called in another medicine that doesn't even work on the condition my daughter had. I took her to her primary care doctor who said the original diagnois was correct and to not change her medicine. I know errors happen, but this could have really hurt my child. I would go to a regular urgent care during the day or ER at night, not here. The lady on the phone appoligized for their error, but at this point I can't trust their judegment.
