LOVE IT !

I go to Kim at the Edge and no matter what I ask her to do , I always leave the salon with absolutely perfect hair . Totally worth the money .

So-So Experience

I went to the Edge, while my normal stylist was on materinity leave, for an all-over color, highlights, and cut. The quality of the stylist was good. My hair color and style met my existing expectations. I was very happy with the Aveda products used and my hair looked shinier and healthier. However, I was disappointed with the gact that the process took 4 hours! My usual stylist completes the process in 2-2.5 hours - with chit-chatting! I was disappointed in the time management exercised at that salon.

my hair looked the same!

I went into the Edge thinking i would walk out with a slightly different color hair I went in there with. The lady that did my hair was somewhat friendly. I told her specifically what I wanted done and after my highlights were done my hair looked exactly the same and my roots were still as noticeable as they were when i first went in. She did not do what I asked at all.. and 80 dollars later I was not at all satisfied.
