arrogant and incompetent

This guy told me I mostly strained my shoulder and had a small tear in the rotator cuff after I clearly described what seemed to have been a dislocation incident. He insisted that I go to therapy at HIS clinical choice (breach of ethics). I chose another site anyway. I knew better and got another doctor. It turned out that the shoulder had indeed been dislocated, and all the cartilage and been torn off the bone and the rotator cuff was torn all the way through. So much for his diagnosis of a shoulder strain! But by the time I got done messing with him and got another surgeon to handle it, I had suffered for nearly 6 months
