Sale/Geeksquad Unresposive to the phone

I called in to check if my PC was ready for pick up after they have told me reinstall of the software I needed will take 3 days. It was 2 weeks after this false statement. After numerous phone calls to the one and only number available for the Best Buy and Aventura Store , I was really frustrated. Having 2 small children and in attempt to save gas, I was not able to get through. Being a manager myself, this would be unacceptable customer service. I will make a point to go there and speak to the store manager. What do people look for in a store other then good prices? Service, accountability and trust to the representative and policies. If I only had 1 laptop, I would loose alot of money this week which is IMPORTANT for me to pay my bills. One person mistake can cost alot more for many. This should be taken seriously and escaled to upper management for review. I would love to write a positive review as a follow-up in response. Thanks Sophia
