The carwash is done poorly and they try to get you to buy more products (of course!) The price of the carwash is built into the price of the oil change (so it really isn't free) and it is also far from a "full" service car wash. They do a poor job of vacuuming, miss a lot of spots, and didn't even empty my little trash bin! Plus, they do the little air filter scam I've seen popping up everywhere lately. Even though my air filter had just been changed, they show you a dirty air filter and tell you that you need to replace it. It's too easy to find a good $15-20 oil change and most $5-6 car washes are as good or better than this one. That puts you at $26.00 at the most, $2.00 less than this "discount" price and probably much better in quality than Arbor.
