i had THE most terrible experience at this place .. i took an appointment for a facial on the weekend only to arrive on time & be told that i will have 2 wait until the beautician is done with the 10 other ppl...

PATHETIC

this place was one of my biggest mistakes of 2007. threading is ok but STAY AWAY from the FACIALS!Doesn't help that the place is badly managed- only 1 person to do all the work! i took an appointment for a facial on a weekend and arrived on time to be told that i would have to wait until she is done with 10 other people waiting before me! 2 hours later im still waiting (why on earth do we have to take an appointment in the first place then ??? ) the surprises never end she did my facial while working on 5 other people at the same time!!(not once did i see her washing her hands)& thats how my facial took a total of 4 hours to be done!!!!! (the facial massage would have taken all of 10 min )the icing on the cake was at the end of the whole (or)deal when she charged 50$ for the facial (i was never asked nor told about the kind of facial she was doing & i can guarantee that it wasn't a shehnaz product (given the fact that the shehnaz facials are usually the most expensive at Indian parlors) Sana , the beautician, is running the whole show singlehandedly so i can understand the chaos but my grouse is - if somebody takes an appointment don't u at least have the decency to tell them that ur hands are full? to come back the next day or even 4 hours later? Sana u have to learn to respect people's time ..besides u go for a facial to relax and enjoy the whole experience .. and do i need to say this was far from that?????? in short HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING. WIL NEVER COME BACK
