This morning I accidentally locked my car at the gas station with my daughter in tow, 4 blocks from her school. Usually I have a spare set of keys hidden on the outside of my car but my husband took them and has not yet put them back, to make a long story short, I called this company and was told it would be a service fee of $55, I asked her is that the total with tax? She replied that the tech might charge a small fee depending on how hard it is to open the car. It literally under a minute, my car is an 86 Olds with power locks, he charged my credit card first, had it ran then told me it would be $140 but there is no tax. He also said that the $85 would be paid back to me by my car insurance company because they were a large corporation. He then wished me a better day, in which I replied that I would as soon as I had a job like his! I am very saddened that my daughter's Christmas money for presents has now been used for less than a minute of "Labor". WHATEVER! If any of you have had a similar experience please report it to Troubleshooter.com. I have known Tom for awhile and am forwarding this right now!

The locksmith shows up. They did not tell me ahead of time how much it was going to cost. The last time I had to call some one, they had charged me $60. After the guy shows up, he tells me, it was going to be $145. I said it was steep then he says it was high because my car was a Ford Focus and that it was after hours. I said fine. He popped the lock and writes up the invoice for $200. I ask him why and he says that there was a standard $55 service fee. I wonder what the $145 was for. I would never ever do business with them again, nor should you.
