Wait at the bar

I noticed after a few visits, if there are more than 10-15 people in the bar with one bartendar. You will have to expect a long wait to get a drink or food. I ordered food once and it took almost 30min for our ONE order french fries, when they finally came, my drink was empty and the bartendar didn't even ask if I wanted another.
