User Reviews of Town Fair Tire

bad service

They broke a lug nut on my truck and i was told it would have to be ordered. After repeated calls and being put off someone told me "oh, i thought you were going to get the nut and bring it in to get fixed." Went in again for a face to face confrontation, the manager would not even come out to talk, they sent me down the street to get fixed. Took a month. I got a car and needed two new tires. I don't know why i went back but i did. After purchasing asked if they could be put on the front and was told could put them on the front next rotation. i went along. I go to my dealer for checkup 3000 miles, rotation, oil change. Next day there is a vibration though out my car and i storm into my dealer saying my car is f'ed up. They say it might be tires and recommend balancing them again. After done my dealer tells me the two new tires now on the front are defective and cannot properly be balanced and recommend returning them. So i go back to town fair and they tell me they will look at them. After a while my car is back out front and i am told that they have been properly balanced this time. I go to drive it and the car is only slightly better. When i go over 55 my stering is affected and this is bad vibration. I feel they knowingly sold me these tires and put them on the back so that i would not be able to notice it. If you buy from them and something is wrong good luck getting them to fix it. It seems they will just D*#% people around. Nothing but an awful experience for me.
