Horrific treatment

I had a most horrible experience at this salon. The staff is extremely ungracious and unwilling to satisfy their customers. I was treated rudely for no reason, other than the fact that I was using a 50% off coupon that they out out in a value-pack. I was lied to and told to come in when I called to say I was running behind a few minutes and when I got there, they turned me away and said they told me not to come in as I had missed my slot, which was a blatant lie. I asked to speak to an owner and they stated "We're not telling you who the owner is"! I was appalled and in shock, as I have NEVER in all my years been told that when asking to speak to someone in charge! I will be sure to tell as many people as I can (and I know A LOT of people, being very involved in my community) to never waste their money in that salon.
