Fast, friendly service

I've been with Wachovia since I moved to Atlanta 8 years ago. They're always friendly and helpful. They have great online access, too.

Great bank

I have never had a problem with this bank. Customer service has always been fantastic and I can find an ATM anywhere. I would definately recommend this bank to anyone.

Always Helpful

I had to close and reopen my account do to theft and Wachovia handled the situation fast and efficiently. I even recieved new checks within 5 days.

Convenient banking

I recently opened an account at the Chattahoochee Ave branch. It's close to my home and has Saturday banking hours. With this and other convenient locations banking is easy.

2 tellers at any given time

I dont understand why this branch of Wachovia NEVER has more than 2 tellers working. I have yet to use this branch and not wait 20 minutes to reach the teller. I use 5-7 different branchs around Atlanta and...

Easy To Use

Wachovia has the most locations in town and practically gives you every mentionable banking service and a few others for free. I needed something notarized and the branch manager didn't hesistate to assist....

No problems so far...

I opened an account with them when I first moved down here, since my credit union is in MA and I needed to cash checks without having to mail them up north. They have been good to me so far.

Convenient, but that's about it

Seems like there's one on every corner, which is good when you need one. The tellers are nice, but much of there fee structure and how they post debits/payments isn't very customer friendly.
