Piedmont ER is worthless and nasty

The waiting area in Piedmont is filthy, the restrooms are filthy, andthe triage rooms are dirty, as well. There was trash (used plastic ear exam things and used swabs and drink cups) on the counters and the floor in the exam room. I waited 6 hrs. to see a dr. while I was in terrible pain. I was in the exam room for 4 hrs. without a visit from a nurse or anyone. Staff was mean and rude. I will NEVER go back there. That video of the woman dying in the waiting room in NY is not shocking after spending time at Piedmont ER!
