I just dont understand why they dont have good management

I have been at wood terrace apts since November 07. I loved the model with a fire place for 980sq for a very reasonable price. Upon moving in I noticed there was no fireplace, they told me it would be three months before I could move in one, it is already July. They also have a mold and mildew problem and I thought they were coming in to replace the wood because of the smell but only painted over it. Also, they have a roach problem even with the weekly pest control. At night they never keep their gates closed so I dont really know why they give us key cards to swipe if anyone can come in and out of the apartments at anytime. The cameras on the premises do not work either one of my tags on my vehicle was stolen, and when I reported it to them they did not care and then after making the report with the office they had my car towed with one tag still on there showing that it was not expired until 2009, and when going to the office to ask them why it was towed they lied and said my tags were expired when clearly my registration and my tags say 2009 and now I have to pay 175 to this towing company that they work with for something that was not even wrong with my car to begin with, So now I have to speak with someone over the manager (pure rudeness) just to try to get my car back when they can get it back for free. Please do not move into these apartments

Ant Infested Apartments

IF YOU LOVE LIVING WITH ANTS THEN CENTURY LAKESIDE APTS IN CONYERS, GA IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I HAVE BEEN LIVING WITH ANTS SINCE I MOVED IN THE APT (08/07)I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY WOULD PUT ME ON THE LIST FOR THE EXTERMINATOR TO SPRAY THE APT AND TO USE WINDEX IN THE MEAN WHILE I HAVE YET TO SEE THE EXTERMINATORS IT IS NOW JANUARY AND THE ANTS ARE GETTING WORST BY THE DAY. I HAVE CALLED THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY VOICED MY COMPLAINT AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I AM CONSTANTLY THROWING OUT FOOD AND ZIP LOCKING EVERYTHING BECAUSE THE ANTS LIVE IN MY PANTRY. IN ADDITION THE PROPERTY IS NOT WELL KEPT GARBAGE AND DOG POOP ALL OVER THE PROPERTY IT IS DISGUSTING. THIS IS THE WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE. I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS APARTMENT I CONFIDENT THAT ANY ONE THAT LIVES HERE WOULD ONLY REFER SOMEONE JUST FOR THE REFFERAL PROMOTION.
