Horrible Coloring

I went there with the intention of getting my roots redone. I specifically stated that I wanted it close to my head as possible...even as soon as I was being blown dry, you couldn't even tell! I had almost half an inch of my old root showing. Spent 200 and am having to go somewhere else to get it corrected. Don't go if you want coloring done.
