Racecar track

Do not buy from this thrift store!!!!!! They sold me a racecar track for $12.95. The same one I later found at Target for $10 new. This track only had 1/2 the track in the taped up box and no controllers. That means, no way to use it what-so-ever. I called them and they said they do not take returns or refunds. I can understand if I don't like it, or its a shirt that doesn't fit, but this was an item I could not inspect before I left the store and they will not give on their policy. Not only that, the manager Elizabeth was rude with me when I called and told me she could not give out information on her supervisor nor help in any way. This place is sneaky and will not stand behind the 1/2 of a product they sold me. Pitiful...
