Go here if you want to throw your clothes away

Definitely do not go here. They charge $1.65 per piece, no matter what it is - my suggestion, charge a little more and do it right! They ruined a very expensive sweater set, because the tag didn't say that...

Terrible, ruin clothes

Definitely do not go here. They charge $1.65 per piece, no matter what it is - my suggestion, charge a little more and do it right! They ruined a very expensive sweater set, because the tag didn't say that there was leather trim - anyone with eyes can see it on the set. They just "kept cleaning it over and over, and the black marks just kept getting darker!" I've never had this happen anywhere else, in the 3 years I've had it. They said that if another dry cleaner could get the dye out, they would reimburse me. Or they could cut the leather off and try again. Wow. I got home, and one of the sweaters I brought in had a large hole in the front. Multiple sweaters had balls all over them like they had been machine washed. Snags all over them too. None of the fabrics were soft anymore. And what a surprise, when I tried to call to talk about this, no one could ever help me and the owner was never around. I guess I learned my lesson, you get what you pay for.

Great Deal - Excellent Service

I have only been to the Castle Rock store and was shocked to read the review by "ruined sweater". I have found the service to be outstanding, pleasant atmosphere, and only $1.75/garment! You can't beat that...
