Awful customer service!

I got a gift card for my maid of honor to get her hair done for my wedding. Just a blow dry and style and they said it would be atleast $70, so that is what I got the gift card for. Service turned out to be $45 and now I'm stuck with this $25 gift card. I politely explained situation to manager, but she basically told me "too bad", they would not refund the money. Not only that, they knew it was for my wedding and they had an "assistant" do my maid of honor's hair and it looked messy. Bad customer service is a total turn off. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SALON.

Absolutely the best place for hair. Stylists are excellent. The receptionist is nice . the salon is clean and beautiful conviniently located right off the Clarendon Metro. I recommend it
