Rude - No customer service

The manager Hannah is ridiculously rude and doesn't care about building or maintaining a customer base. I was given a gift certificate and missed the expiration date by a couple of days and was told too bad. Although I respect their right to have a policy I don't understand how money expires nor do I understand how you toss customers aside.
