I admit I was not expecting a female Locksmith, but she not only did a GREAT job for me, but when I referred my neighbor to her she fixed their lock even though they thought it needed to be replaced. She could have just sold them a new lock and made more money, but she opted to be honest and then she even called and thanked me for the referral!
