If you want to be greeted by an incompetent receptionist and rude stylists then this is the place for you. I attempted to get a haircut 7/5/08 by walk-in at 10:500 AM. I was given an 11:35 appt, left and returned at 11:30. I waited until 12:10 PM while 2 other customers who came in after me and had appts after me were served. When I complained I was told my appt had been made with a stylist who was working on the same dye job he was working on when I first came in at 10:50. I informed the receptionist that I had not asked for any stylist by name and just wanted the next available to cut my hair. The receptionist said that she must have written it down wrong. When I asked to be waited on next since I was the next in line the receptionist looked at the chair where the SECOND customer waited on before me had just been seated and just shrugged and went back to watching TV. When I informed her that I thought this was a very unprofessional way to treat customers and that customers should be served in the order of appt. time, a stylist came over and became very rude to me. I asked if this was any way to treat customers, canceled my appt and left. I will NOT be back. I drove up Bell Road and got a nice haircut from very a friendly and professional stylist and staff who will get me and my family's business in the future. The folks at Heads Up need to take Business Management 101, or just learn how to be nice to people and treat them with courtesy.
