Horrible Service, Losing Better Doctors

Annandale Family Medicine has disappointed my family for years. We've seen their better nurse practioners leave the facility. If you are looking for a local family practitioner, you will be much better off at any other. With Annandale Family Medicine, you must beware of the following: 1. Office Staff - Not friendly AT ALL. My family members were part of this facility for years, and slowly we all found other primary care centers. Every visit started with a less than positive experience, with no smiles from the staff. 2. Sanitation - The staff have a break area towards the back. Upon one of my visits, after giving a urine sample, I came to the break area and was directed to leave the sample (open) on the counter, where drinks, purses, etc. shared the same space. This is against Virginia health code. 3. Billing - Very unorganized and violates the patient privacy act. On more than one occasion, Ms. Jackson, the billing representative contacted my family members to discuss my account. Thankfully, I have found a new practice and my final dealing with Annandale is to obtain my health records, for which they have decided to charge 50 cents per page. Thanks, Annandale.

very nice doctors

I have experienced 2 doctors in this practice. Both were warm and inviting as well as very knowledgable. They are also pretty hi-tech, with computerized medical records
