I had a 1987 BMW 635 being repaired at Arctic Imports, and over 3 months later I took my car back due to my car still not being fixed. That's not a typo-- three months. And things still weren't moving...

Be very wary buying any used vehicle reviewed by this place. I bought a Toyota that had a cracked head after they said it was in great shape and gave the car a thumbs up. Cost me 2500 in repairs!
