WORST PLACE EVER!!!

Management put on a huge front. Office is remodeled every month but the poor condition of the apartments are not addressed. Dog crap found in hallways and elevators. Say it is gated community but hardly ever has someone working the gate. The extra amenities never worked, gym, tanning booth (over priced), hot tub. We've complained a number of times and they offer you to leave but hold you responsible for months left early. When you complain they always say new management has started and will fix the problem. That happened three times in only one year. HORRIBLE PLACE!

WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!!!!!!

MY HUSBAND AND I LIVED AT ALPINE APARTMENTS FOR 10 MONTHS, THE APARTMENT SMELLED LIKE CAT PEE, WHEN WE COMPLAINED (MULTIPLE TIMES IN WRITING AND IN PERSON) TO THE MANAGEMENT THEY TOLD US IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF.... IT NEVER WAS!! THE APARTMENT ABOVE US FLOODED AND OUR CARPET STARTED TO ROT THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US TO HAVE IT CLEANED. WE ARE A MILITARY FAMILY WE LIKE TO HAVE THINGS CLEAN, QUITE, AND MOST OF ALL A DRUG FREE COMMUNITY. THE DRUG USE IN THE APARTMENT BUILDINGS IS OUT OF CONTROL!! I COULD GO ON FOR DAYS ABOUT THE MISMANAGEMENT OF THIS PROPERTY AND THE LIST OF WRONG DOINGS ARE ALMOST ENDLESS.. THE ONLY GOOD THING THAT HAPPENED WHEN WE LIVED THERE IS WHEN WE COMPLAINED TO CHRISTEN (HE IS THE MANAGEMENTS MANAGER) HE RELEASED US FROM OUR LEASE.

a drug community

Alpine apartments are the worst place to rent from, the workers act professional , until they get you moved in here. They dont like to fix anything and give you a real hard time about getting your deposit back. Elavators break down just about everyday, drug dealers coming in night and day. Always loud noise and fighting all the time. They also say they have a jacuzzi room and sauna, which they dont. It hasnt worked in yrs and also they advertise a work out room. Which has broken down, old equipment. Tanning bed is really old. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. It may look nice but it isnt, belive me. They also like to lose your rent money and then put eviction notice on peoples doors. this has happened to me 3 times and I always had the receipt to prove that I paid, now they are trying to say I used my $500.00 security deposit on rent, which I did not. Please be aware they are a bunch of cons...
