Didn't Uphold Lifetime Warranty

I got my car tinted with Velocity back in 2006 and Louis gave me a lifetime guarentee if anything happens while I own the car. Over the summer of 2008 the tint starting peeling and coming off 2 of the windows. I called Velocity and told them what had happened and they said he'll be out the very next day to fix it. Louis called me the next day apoligizing that he couldn't make it, so it was scheduled the very next day. I didn't get a call at all this time so I him up and he told me he wasn't going to be able to make it. So again it was scheduled for the following day but again I never received a call, so I didn't even bother. It's been 4 months and I haven't heard a word back from him. Good work, but does not honor his warranty.
