Arrogant staff, high prices

I went to Banfield because it was conveniently located within Petsmart but convenience comes at a cost. Literally. High service prices seem to be a deliberate ploy to get you to join their pet insurance plans....

Good price, but inconsistent

All in one place

I found that taking our dog to PetsMart to go to the vet works well because we also go there other times for treats and toys so he's not reluctant to go inside.
