Be careful, they own many apartments around ABQ

The staff, while nice at first turns very nasty when you want to leave. They will acuse you of being ungreatful and wanting to sabotage them. They will try to use your apartment as an open house as soon as the 30 days begin (that is an all day open house). The reasoning being that they need to show the place as soon as a prospective tenant calls, and would not be able to rent the place if they were to work with the current tenants. They make lots of idle (verbal) promises and insult you when you ask about what they said before. Of corse you should get everything, and I mean every last little thing, in writing because nothing verbal is valid. Although they will do their best to make you think it is, and hold you to your verbal promises/agreements. If you are currently living there or plan to there are a few things i highly recomend you do. One, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AS A TENANT. There are lots of places you can go to obtain information on your rights. Two, when you fill out the damage report when you move in, be sure to be very very attentive. Write down everything from the obvious messes to the color of the walls. Three, be sure to get everything in writing and put everything in writing and definitly make copies!!! This is for maintenance notes, notices of entry, things agreed upon when talking to management, and the like. With all of this said -- Good Luck!
