High Quaility care

I just love Dr. Slenn. He deeply cares for all the animals who come into him. His office prices and care cost are very fair. He does not use all kinds of new tech and vet's like a old time good vet. He will take time and show you how to care for the animal who is sick. He also will supply you with everything you need. We have been doing dogs a very long time. I trust him with my animals. He has always been there for us. Bella had to have a C-section and he performed it. It was 1/3 of the price an avg vet would have charged and she was able to come home with us after it. out of the 3 puppies left in her 2 were alive. The puppy that died had been dead so time. So I will say 32 hours after 1st puppy was born. Dr Slenn saved 2 more puppies. I have nothing but praise for him.

Dr. Slenn can not be trusted!

Dr. Slenn should have his vet license removed. We brought our 4 month old puppy in when she was very sick. Dr. Slenn told us that she had a really bad respritory infection that was on the verge of pnumonia. He re-prescribed medacine that she had already been on for over a week and some vitamins, which was prescribed by another vet, even though it had not previously worked. He told us, "all you can do is keep giving her the medacine and hope she pulls through, but I have seen them go the other way". I responded with "that is absolutely all we can do, there are no other options?". To which his response was "I would take her in the shower with me and let her breath the steam, then capouge her." The next day we admitted our puppy into the hospital and they told us she was very sick and needed aggressive treatment ASAP. They immediately put her on oxygen and x-rays later revealed that one of her lungs was completely calapsed. I would not trust Dr. Slenn with as much as a pet gerbal. He has total disregard for the well being of the animals that you bring to him expecting the highest level of care.

Great Doctor

Dr. Slenn has taken care of my rescue pup since he spayed her at 4 months. He and his staff are pleasant and patient. He takes the time to answer my questions completely with no feelings of being rushed. I also like that he leans to homeopathic medicine. He also very reasonable and great hours.

Great Vet!

We have two small beagles, and we have been very pleased with Dr. Slenns matter-of-fact approach to vererinary care. Rick (Dr. Slenn) is very approachable and my two somewhat nervous and shy pups really just seem to like him! The price of care is very low compared to many places we have been. We will be with this vet for a long time!

Dr. Slenn is One of the Best Vets in the Area

We've been entrusting the heath and welfare of our animals to Dr. Slenn for years. Kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable -- all that you could ask for in a vet.
