Terribly average food...and a deafening side dish

This place is nothing special. The salsa verde on my enchiladas had no zip. My wife's fajitas were greasy and tasted as though the meat and onions were burned. Worst of all, true to the name, a mariachi band was banging on their badly tuned instruments and yowling throughout our meal. When I go out to eat, I expect to be able to talk to the person next to me without competing with a gang of "entertainers" singing in Spanish and angling for tips. Sorry, Locos...no tip for you. Go to Luchitas in Cleveland for real Mexican food and peace and quiet.

My wife & I stopped in for dinner. She ordered a Medium Strawberry Margarita, I ordered a beer. We ate and when I looked at the "handwritten bill with no description", I questioned a $10 charge that I thought was a mistake. I was told that was the price of the Margarita!!! In 50 years, I've never paid $10 for ANY drink; maybe a pitcher of margaritas, but not one!! Our dinners were $9 & $7.50...her drink was $10 !! I will never set foot in a Mariachi Loco's again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
